By accessing or using the Make a Chart Slack application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 2. Description of Service
Make a Chart is a Slack application that allows users to create and share charts within their Slack workspace. The Service processes user-provided data to generate visual representations in the form of charts and graphs.

3.1. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Slack account when using the Service.
3.2. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
3.3. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, process, and share any data you input into the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Westsmith Ltd.
4.2. You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Limitations of Liability
5.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
5.2. In no event shall Make a Chart be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
